2. Data we process

We process data required to operate the website, communicate and deliver our mandates. This includes contact and master data, communication content, contractual and mandate data, and technical usage data such as IP address, browser, time and pages viewed.

Contact enquiries

When you submit the contact form, your name, municipality or organisation, email address and message are transmitted securely to pluma’s web server and then delivered to info@pluma.ch through Microsoft Graph within Microsoft 365. Microsoft is used as an IT and communications service provider for this purpose. We process this information to answer your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The message is stored in the Microsoft 365 mailbox; technical server logs may be retained briefly for security and troubleshooting.

Mandates and applications

In the course of mandates, we may process organisational, personal, financial and legal information. Application documents are used solely for the relevant recruitment process.

3. Purposes, retention and security

We process personal data to provide and improve our services, communicate, administer, fulfil contracts, ensure security, meet legal obligations and – where permitted – maintain relationships. Data is retained only for as long as required for the relevant purpose, legal obligations or legitimate business interests. We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

4. Service providers, external content and international transfers

Specialist service providers may be used for hosting, IT, communications and other operational tasks. This website may link to or embed content from external providers such as LinkedIn, image or video services. Opening such content may transmit technical data to the relevant provider.

Recipients may be located in Switzerland, the European Economic Area or other countries. Where data is transferred to a country without an adequate level of data protection, we provide appropriate safeguards where required.

Server logs, browser storage and form protection

The hosting provider may keep server logs to ensure operation and security. The selected language is stored locally in the browser. The information that the video introduction has already been shown is retained only for the current browser session. The anonymous-statistics setting is stored locally so that an objection can be respected. The contact form may use a technically necessary session cookie to prevent spam and abuse.

Anonymous usage statistics

To improve the website, we record on our own hosting daily aggregates only for page views, selected language, service and project pages viewed, contact-call clicks and successfully submitted forms. Names, email addresses, form contents, IP addresses, full referrer URLs, device identifiers and visitor profiles are not stored in the statistics. Sources are recorded only in broad categories such as direct, Google, LinkedIn or other. Aggregates are retained for no longer than 24 months. You can disable statistics at any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are respected.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, disclosure or transfer of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Please send requests to info@pluma.ch. We may ask for proof of identity to prevent misuse.

6. Changes

We may amend this privacy notice if our website, services or legal requirements change. The version published on this website applies.
